FEES

• Individual session $150
• Couple session $175
• Sliding scale may be considered for significant financial need

INSURANCE

• At MN Couple Therapy Center, I am in network with most major insurance plans
• At my St Louis Park location, I am in network with many United, Optum, Medica plans, as well as Medicare. Please check your individual plan first, as network participation varies by specific plan.
• I can submit a claim on your behalf to other insurance plans if you have Out of Network Benefits
